“On the day of the performance, when will the performer arrive?”

Great question! The day of your scheduled performance, please expect our performers to arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled call time to set up for their performance.

“Does the performer take special song requests?”

On-the-spot song requests have been taken during past performances! It depends if the performer happens to have that song in their repertoire and, if so, will be happy to perform it for them.

“Does the performer bring their own equipment?”

We ask that you please provide the performer with a microphone that has amplification. If you booked our 6-week music program, we also ask that you provide a TV with HDMI capability so we may show videos as a learning supplement.

What is your cancellation policy?

For any performance cancellations, we ask that the client please provide us with at least 72 hours of advanced notice. If the cancellation is after this 72-hour period, the client will be charged for 50% of the total performance cost.
